    Please arrive on time for your reservation.
    Please tell us your reservation time and name at the reception.
    We will keep your luggage such as suitcases and shoes.
    There is no specific clothing requirement for your visit, but if you wear innerwear*, you can change clothes more easily.
    Please finish your makeup before coming to the store. (Please refrain from wearing makeup in the store.)

    If the reservation site states that your visit time is between 10:00 and 11:00, please come to the reception desk at 10:00 instead of arriving between 10:00 and 11:00.

    f you are late for your reservation time...you may be asked to reschedule for a different time or you may not be able to wear the kimono.

    Please choose your favorite kimono according to your plan.
    Our experienced kimono fitters will help you wear a kimono that won't fall apart and is easy to walk in.

    Time required from arrival to departure

    • Approximately 1 to 1 and a half hours for 1 to 2 people
    • Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours for 2 to 3 people

    + Time to take photos at our photo spot.

    When getting your hair styled, your stylist will suggest a hairstyle based on your wishes.
    The time of your appointment may vary depending on the time you choose your kimono outfit, the crowd situation, and the type of hair style.

    Let's go out to the streets of Kyoto in your favorite kimono.
    Convenient access to sightseeing spots and restaurants.

  • Return

    Return

    Please return the kimono by 8pm.
    Customers staying at Nagomi no Wa can negotiate the return time.

    The extension fee is ¥1,800/person for one hour.
    The fee for next day return is ¥2,500/person per day.
    Please have your ID ready. We do not accept returns by mail.
